Sijan Devkota is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Monash University, Australia. His research focuses on sorption enhanced dimethyl ether synthesis from CO2 hydrogenation. He holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Chungbuk National University, South Korea, and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Kathmandu University, Nepal. His expertise includes process modelling, simulation, optimization, and the techno-economic and environmental assessment of chemical processes. He has contributed to various projects related to hydrogen production, storage, and purification as well as carbon capture and utilization, supporting a circular low-carbon economy and sustainable development. Sijan has published extensively in high-impact journals and is actively involved in professional societies and conferences.
